OTR Dispatch duties and requirements:
????-Must have experience in dry van/reefer/ flatbed
????-Excellent negotiation and communication skills
????-Handle heavy phone traffic
????-Have a solid understanding of the trucking industry
????-To be Up-to-date with market rates
????-Booking freight and giving updates on status of freight
????-Knowledge of E-log and hours of service
????-Only company trucks
