📌 Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
📌 Position: Full-Time Dispatch Assistant (Experience Required)
🚛 Join our growing logistics team! We’re looking for a dedicated Dispatcher who can manage both Intermodal and OTR operations in a fast-paced environment while keeping freight moving efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate (oral & written) with freight forwarders and transportation companies
• Prepare and manage transportation documents
• Plan and assign loads effectively
• Coordinate with drivers and manage schedules
• Maintain communication with brokers and customers
• Collaborate with the dispatch team to resolve issues quickly
• Provide support with rail yard operations and procedures
Requirements:
✔ Proven dispatch experience (Intermodal and/or OTR preferred)
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Knowledge of logistics, rail yards, and load planning
✔ Ability to work in a team and under pressure
