DMK is seeking a truck driver recruiter to join our team. We are located in Bedford Park, IL.
đź’ŽKey Responsibilities:
âś…Responsible for all driver recruiting calls and inquiries. – Process applications and review all applicants in a timely manner, working with operation personnel to decide whether a driver should be hired based on company needs and policy.
âś…Process driver background checks, pre-employment drug screenings, and previous employer release of information.
âś…Conduct onboarding meetings with drivers, ensuring they are aware of all safety and company policies.
âś…Provide ELD training and company policy.
đź’ŽPreferred Requirements:
âś…Previous experience recruiting Class A drivers. âś…Tenstreet experience is preferred.
âś…This is a full-time on-site position, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
